What happens after my listing is created?

Our team will reach out soon for ID verification. Once verified, we’ll gather booking requests to find your perfect match. You can accept or reject a request—if you accept, we’ll introduce you in a group to chat with verified guests and organize a videocall. If both agree, we’ll handle the sublet agreement, guest verification, security deposit, and rent payments.

How much does it cost to list my place?

Swappin is free for listers for stays under 30 days. For stays of 30+ days, once we’ve matched you with the right guest, we take a 10% fee on rent payments. The guest pays us, we deduct our fee, and you receive 90% of the rent each month.

Short-term sublets (under 30 days): Hosts can list their property and guests directly get in touch with them. It's free for everyone, and hosts and guests arrange the transactions and agreements themselves.

Medium-term sublets (30+ days): The Swappin team facilitates the matching process (hosts can saccept/decline requests), handles ID verification, manages the transaction, and provides a subletting agreement. It’s free for guests, and once a match is made, Swappin takes a 10% fee from the host's transaction.
