You can accept or reject a request—if you accept, we’ll introduce you in a group to chat with verified guests and organize a videocall. If both agree, we’ll handle the sublet agreement, guest verification, security deposit, and rent payments.

How much does it cost to list my place?

Swappin is free for listers for stays under 30 days. For stays of 30+ days, once we’ve matched you with the right guest, we take a 10% fee on rent payments. The guest pays us, we deduct our fee, and you receive 90% of the rent each month.
