Getting started is easy – just join and download the app for free. For listings of 30+ days, we assist hosts in finding the perfect guests, manage the entire transaction, and handle the subletting agreement. We charge a 10% fee (5% from the guest and 5% from the host) for these listings to the host - the guest doesn’t pay anything.
Unlike Airbnb, Swappin focuses on primary homes and doesn’t charge a commission for guests. We work to find the perfect match and manually verify users to ensure trust. Swappin is geared towards a younger audience and doesn’t include commercial listings. You’ll find entire homes as well as rooms available for sublet.

Medium-term sublets (30+ days): The Swappin team facilitates the matching process, handles ID verification, manages the transaction, and provides a subletting agreement. It's free for the guest, and once a match is made, we take a 10% fee from the host's transaction.
